Roots of the Secular Quandary of Jah Lifeguard, The Fourth Book of Joseph.
Received in the autumn of 2000, in the hills over Toronto, restless days and Gloried nights, Jah Word flow thru in the midst of disaster. War rocks Judea, savagery in all the lands. Jah People reduced to a remnant. Public nutrition low, serotonin fallin; Jah help these humans arise from the dead, feed them of your ancient food.
This is the Fourth Book of Joseph, Testament of the Final Days of the Second Millennium.
I have become the mockery of flooding rivers,
For they toss up slime over me.
But You, O my Jah,
Placed Your words in my mouth,
As showers of early rain,
For all who thirst
and as a spring of living waters.
The Heavens shall not fail to open,
Nor shall they run dry,
But shall become a stream pouring out
Upon the rivers of water
To seas without end.
Those hidden away flow suddenly
They shall become a deluge
For every green and dry tree
A lake for every wild animal and bird
By my hand You have opened
Their spring with its channels
According to the proper measure
The stand of Our trees
To the plumb line of the sun
The city that I shall sanctify
The LORD is there
Established in My name
Tafari, Inafrica
Must be Holy and Pure
Must not be defiled
Electro-hydrogen energy base
Eternal Energy of Wind and Sun
UN Peacers by Tummo
OAU Peacers by Faya
Inafrica training to help
All the nations
To Holy Tafari, son of Harar
Books will be brought
From near and from far
Education is the key
HIM EHSI University
English campus
Amharic campus
Arabic campus
Campus Francais
Tafari economy
Teaching, guidance
Fellowship, mediation
Restoration, meditation
Inafrica economy
Energy, peace
Agriculture, love
Culture, music
Seekers will come to see
A place west of the sanctuary
A stoa of many columns
For the sin offerings
And the guilt offerings
By the western gate
Celebrate, for today is the
Day of the First Fruits
New grain, new wine
Grapes, pomegranates, figs
Any edible fruit of the tree
In the inner city
There are three courts
With twelve gates in the middle court
Like the twelve gates of the city limits
These are pathways to your mind
Your visitation with Israel’s sons
For your journey to Tafari
Bring what’s worthy and
Bring your money
We are building before the nations
They laugh yet bow down to us
They are scared and curious
There are good ones among them
A very discreet terrace
Leads to Invisible Temple
Children don’t go too far
Twenty will come and go
The dry moat is your signal
Your beckoning garden of yore
Separating the Holy Tafari Temple
From even the Holy City
Do not enter My temple without thought
Do not dare to defile it
Study the Word of Jeshua
and His Majesty’s Utterances
Before entering HTT
Ye must sanctify and revere My temple,
For I dwell in your midst.
Ye are children belonging to the LORD your God
Take care of your bodies, respect and love women
For ye are a people holy to the LORD your God.
I warn you all Israel Ethiopia Jamaica and India
Babylon is an impure whore
Find the knowledge in Abraham’s people
Seek truth and justice and freedom
Judge the people righteously
Be impartial in your judgement
You know that bribery perverts justice
Subverts the testimony of the righteous man
Blinds the eye of the wise, causes great guilt
and defiles the courthouse with iniquitous sin
Pursue justice solely
So that you may live
Entering and inheriting the land
That I am about to give you
As an inheritance forever
If you vow to help build Tafari
Then help build Tafari
If you vow to travel to Tafari
Then travel to Tafari
When you make a vow
Do not delay fulfilling it
For I will require it of you
When you hear those people saying
“Let us go serve other Gods!”
Do not laugh, do not go,
Believe in the One
I have not been taught,
But no teaching compares.
Who then shall attack me
When I open my mouth?
Who can endure the utterance of my lips?
Who shall arraign me,
and compare with my judgement?
I Give Thanks for this opportunity LORD,
For I am reckoned with the gods,
and my glory with that
of the sons of the King.
Ah, but who can proclaim,
Who declare the deeds of the Lord?
Jah has seen all, heard it all,
and attended to everything.
He sent his prophet to anoint me,
Even Samuel, to raise me up.
He set me as a prince to His people,
Ruler over the children of His covenant.
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom,
and might and honour and glory and blessing.

The northern City Gates
Of Dan, Naphtali and Asher
These are the edges of
The LORD is in there
Our city of learning

Make that trip to Mecca
For ye Brethren await you

View the mountains, survey the skies
Tell your family what ye have found
Return to the City

Hotels on the west
Solar fields to the north
Temples of Love beckon from south
Mind, Body and Soul are replenished
In Jah wonderful awesome Light
O men of Tibesti, men of Thou
Lay down the edges of Holy
Scratch in the sand for your Brethren afar
Travelling soon to be with you
From Faya to Koussi
Sons of Abraham land
No fighting, no warfare
Just building by Jah Hand
Libya, Chad, Niger
Make peace among yourselves
And with your neighbours
For your future is glorious
Yes, I have seen the killing
I have watched men drive out the saintly
Yet your sin is no greater than the nations
Hang not your head in shame
Rebuild from a rock foundation
From learning and Light
And heavenly might
Work with nature
Be the peacekeepers among the peacekeepers
O children of Tibesti
Let not them sway you from the Way
My people of Tibesti
For Tafari will arise from darkness
From a secret place in the desert
To shine so brightly in heaven
On Earth, as Jah so prescribed
From Tummo to Faya
Addis Ababa to Harar
Timbuktu to Messawa
Word of Tafari spreads far
Start with the wall
With earthly human preservation
Circle Inafrica with Holy Energy
Beaming down upon man
Light up Jah Holy City
With wisdom, love and understanding
Is this too difficult, man?
And what of you, woman?
Have ye no time for Jah?
Together ye can triumph
For Jeshua teach us to
Love and respect one another
As we would have done unto self
If only our hearts were so pure
So take this step my Brethren
Sons and Daughters of Abraham
Heed My prophets
King Solomon’s wisdom
Jeshua’s vision
and deep overstanding
Do not quibble over material matters
Tend to business and get on
Ye have been given Earth to steward
and brains to use and guide
Before you return to Ethiopia
Pray and heal in Holy Tafari
When you come to visit Israel
Stop for inspiration in Tibesti
On your way to Mecca and Medina
Check your Brethren in Africa
See Egypt, the Nile and the Pyramids
See My volcano in the Sahara
I call you out of Palestine
Come build and pray with us
From Christiana, Shashemene, St. Ann
Share your hopes and skills with we
Israeli, Arab, American
Come see what we mean by Peace
Britain, France, Canada
May the Christ be with you here
Russia, Germany, Italy
Humble yourselves before Tafari
China, India, Japan
Your presence and worship are welcome
All nations, all peoples
The LORD is in there
I have seen this with my own eyes
A solar city rising from the sand
Far from the teeming urbanity
Of lowest common denom
Our City is for Thy purpose, LORD
At the service of UN, OAU and Man
There is much work to be done
Of that be well assured
Time is now, place is here
Sahara Sahara home to Amhara
Inafrica can only be goodness
Days of folly are well past
Believe in me this one time
Is all that Joseph can ask
For I, Jah humble servant
Plead on my knees before nations
Stop this insanity mindless killing
No planning ahead for life
Believe that this message comes from Jah
From some sort of lost angel
Reclaiming lost ground
For the Son of all Man
On this earth I have achieved
Little of substance or reknown
I have struggled to study
Jah Word and Jah Planet and Time
Of this I know, Jah future world
Runs on electricity and hydrogen
Sourced from the sun, the wind and the rain
and the heat from deep under harnassed by man
But why now, hear Thomas question?
Look around ye, answer me then
Abominations crush My people
If not now, then when?
Judea, when you left for Greece and Rome
You left My people at Masada and Qumran
Islam, your roots are in Palestine and Harar
Arabia and Africa share a home in Tafari
Christianity, O Christianity
How far have you roamed?
Rasta, good people
Your Day is at hand
Welcome the Brethren to
A new Holy Land
Come to Inafrica, to
Djado and Bilma
Tummo and Fargo
New heart of Africa
We will develop natural gas but not oil
We will sift for minerals but not uranium
These things are too earthly for Inafrica
The LORD is in there
King Shaka come from Azania
Queen Makeda come from the Horn
Mandelas and Marleys
Jah living royalty attend
Weep not for Babylon, children
For she is fallen, drunken
Disoriented and groping
With no hope or sight
To be found
Leave her in your dust
Cut off Belial at every corner
Speak not of heathen idols
Of Azazel distractions, be wary
My Chosen Ones
Men and women of twenty plus
Children if age of ten
Come together to witness Tafari
Spirit Temple under Jah Sun
Isaiah, Jeremiah
See them all return
Your words they now hold dear
Your wisdom forever endures
Haile Sellassie I, Elect of God
What do you think of
The City so far?
There are troubles in the homelands
In Israel and Ethiopia
Egypt and Palestine
Africa and Asia
We have made the last the first
We build to worship You
Your Imperial Majesty
For Yours is a Divine Domain
That knows no Earthly boundary
Our offering is small, though just
A new home in the desert
By the mountains, by the sand
The heart of Inafrica is Yours, LORD
Holy City Tafari is Yours, YHSWH
The LORD is in there
Tafari, Inafrica
Aozou, Bardai, Zouar, Madama
Lend Jah helping hand
Jeshua, Yours is not an Earthly Kingdom
Yet, we know this; we come in Peace
Our offering is small
One city among so many
A few rocks above the desert
Please give us this mustard seed
For the growth of the nations
My mind is all on Tafari, LORD
On His security mission for Jah
Yet you tell me to stop the desert
To build the solar fields first
I’ll gather some partners
To please you LORD
I will get the process in motion
I will help with all that I can
Sahara wall means survival
Inafrica line means science
Tafari City means spirit
So Jah seh
Science of survival
Lead to Jah Spirit
Feed My children of Sahara
Where is the faith, LORD?
Where are the remnants of Thy People?
I have travelled north, south, east, west
Fasted and feasted with wicked and blessed
I have met good folks on my journeys
Through Canada and America and Jamaica
My family is large and well distributed
Yet children are starving in Africa
On this, the dawning of the 3rd Day
I seek ye of faith one by one
For where there’s two, Jah take one
Where there’s many, Jah take some
People of Earth, hear this!
I am YHWH
I sent you my Son
YHSWH
I have come again to save ye
You left Israel too soon
Left Ethiopia to wander
and Palestine to huddle
I have come to bring you home
In the name of Abraham
Who fathered the world
In the name of David
Whose song I hear you sing
In the name of Solomon
Whose temple of wisdom shines
In the name of Ras Tafari
Who defended Africa and Christ
In the name of Jeshua
Who made this House Our Home
My name is just Joseph, Jah Lifeguard
For forty days and forty nights
The world stood still for me
They laid HIM to rest at Kidist Selassie
Three weeks before this very day
We are praising here, the God of History
Jah Provider, El Shaddai, Elijah
My LORD
Arise Holy Tafari, Arise!
This completes the Fourth Book of Joseph, Roots of the Secular Quandary of Jah Lifeguard. Jah willing, we shall meet in Inafrica. Let's hope and pray for nations joining together in a battle to save the environment. Let us compete to see who can plant the most numerous and most beautiful trees, who can nurture the most edibly delicious gardenscapes.
