Only someone who believes neither in God nor in politics would want politicians in Jerusalem; therefore, the political capitals of the nation states Israel and Palestine will be Tel Aviv and Ramallah.


Some settlements near to Israel will become part of Palestine but remain largely Israeli in character while others will be fully integrated; Israeli citizens owning land inside Palestine will have to pay taxes to both nations. The settlements furthest from Israel will be abandoned or expanded for primarily Palestinian residents.
